Truthfully, I had a hard time picking which team I would focus on first for this Week 4 recap article.

On one hand we have a true team turnaround years in the making. On the other we have one of the more tragic storylines of the season.

Well, the gloves were off regardless for this game and it quickly became one of the best of the week!

The Exiles, led by Brennan Kurdys (3-0), are off to their best start in team history and truly working with a fully healthy roster.

The Slashers (0-3) are having a very different kind of season where they are victims to their schedule rather than a bad team. Posting some of the highest totals each week, but continuing to draw the matchup short straw.

I wish I had better news to report for the citizens of Haddonfield, but this narrative is a tricky one to shake.

The Exiles posted a respectable total for the week once again topping the 150-point mark behind strong running back showings and Josh Allen (19.5pts) having a bad week and still producing.

The Slashers had some sauce of their own and answered the call at running back after Kyren Williams (36.7pts) put the team on his back. Combined with production across the lineup and a big kicking day they actually were within striking distance come Monday night.

Drake London put up respectable numbers, but not the elite type of night that Matt needed to obtain his first win.

The Exiles once again tasted victory and extended their multi-season win streak to six games as they now sit alone atop the standings.

Meanwhile, the Slashers are now the League's sole winless group despite ranking 5th in total points-for.
